Quick Avatar Engine is a quick free simple PNG-Tuber solution, control the movement of your custom .PNG avatars with you voice and watch them bob and change states.

Comes with some example files that you can replace with your own. Adjust parameters to support multiple different moods.

OBS support added to version 0.992. Use window source then select the avatar window.
